We bought a new Kia Carnival late last week and it was the best car buying experience we have ever had. No games, hassles, or high pressure tactics. Our salesman "Cash" was fantastic as was Gino in finance and everyone else we talked to and dealt with there.

Great customer service

The staff was very attentive and provided excellent customer service. The one fallback was that on multiple occasions I was given a timeline of approximately an hour and 15 to an hour and a half for my oil change. It did take nearly 3 hours to get my vehicle back. Had I known about the time, I would have made arrangements. The dealership has a unique, yet very interesting. Visual appeal. The staff was still accommodating whenever possible. This will definitely be the future home for any oil changes or inspections for my car going forward.

My experience was so professionally executed. Went in with 2024 Kia Sportage white and left with a 2025 Sportage (Dawning Red). The warranty was thoroughly explained to me. The availability was shown of different models too. I test drove a couple but ended up going with the style and model that fits my comfort and personality. The staff there especially Mike the salesman was on point. Mike was very patient with my wanting to physically look at the other cars. I would highly recommend Jim Marsh KIA. Easy to work with. Great to negotiate with. I left feeling like I got a very fair deal and the team took good care of us. I do have to say that walking into this dealership feels a little like walking into an old school museum with many of the ancient artifacts that are there. But the people are great and we would definitely go back. Juan took great care of us.

So I am not a big review person. I'm definitely not a big review person on car dealerships unless they are negative. This has been the one good experience I have ever had at a dealership. From the start and I mean that literally I was treated with the mind set that my time was valuable. Kendall was great with not harassing me on the phone and just updating me with emails here and there. It may not seem like a big thing but when a dealership calls you 35 times a day that's a big no. I work two jobs and what time I have I value. She let it be on my terms which is why I stopped in. Mel met me on the lot. I was completely upside down on my vehicle with a high interest rate. Not only did he ask my budget, what I wanted and offered to help he stuck to my wishes. He did not try to over sell me and he even beat his own expectations on what he could do. He did it promptly, efficiently and professionally. I did not intend on buying a car yesterday let alone a new car.
