I'm the certified product specialist for all of our models, but I'm specially trained in K900 and the new Kia Stinger models. I have several Kia's in my family including my own Stinger which I bought in December of 2017. I'm very passionate about the brand, having grown up on European Imports. You won't find me or my family in anything but a Kia from this day forward. I look forward very much to helping my clients make the right car buying decision. because buying a car is more than just finding something pretty, it's also finding something that you love to get into every morning on your way to work, or play.

Roger was a great salesman, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. We showed up at 7am, and they don’t open till 8am. He was inside the showroom and he waved me in. I told him I had to work at 9am and I knew they didn’t open till 8, I was just hoping that someone was there early. He grabbed the keys to the car we were interested in and made the experience super easy. He has a lot of experience in the car industry and has been with Jim Marsh for 3 years. He called the finance guy at home to get to the store early so we could get done by 8:45am. Sean was the finance guy and he was really professional and not pushy. The whole experience was great, I’m really happy with the deal I got too.

We were at another Kia dealership before heading there ( Centennial was way too far for us ), my husband called, spoke to Julio, he was already impressed with Julio, then Wesley, We headed there for a chance of comparing deals. We were impressed of their office, It doesn't feel like you're in a dealership, It's like being inside an old Casino . We loved their decoration and collection, since my husband is into the same thing, we felt comfortable. Chris met us and took care of us,he was awesome ! He was easy to talk to and very friendly.. Chris gave us the options based on what we told him, Arsenio helped us in the final dealings, he sealed the deal. We are very happy with our new car and didn't regret traveling that far. I'm also impressed that I'm still getting calls and emails from everyone after the sale, it's a 5 star quality of service. We found our new family in that dealership. Thank you to everyone.

We had excellent service. I do think I could have saved about $2000 by using carmax or carvana but that was my choice. The only confusion I have is that a friend bought a new Kia and received free oil change and checkups during the warranty period. Mini and BMW did that for me in the past. It would have been a nice gesture at least for the first 3 oil changes or check ups.

Our experience started with Stephanie and Kelly in the Internet Sales Department after filling out a Costco Vehicle Request for a 2021 Kia Sedona. They were fantastic to work with and e-mailed us a no hassle Costco price form that was lower than anyone else. Because of them we went in to have our 2012 Sedona appraised. We met with Kelly who introduced us to Chris. He was able to give us what we wanted for our car with no hassle. Chris worked the deal a little better and then we met with Attia the Finance Manager who worked out all details and extra warranty we wanted. The whole experience at Jim Marsh Kia was the best we ever had at a dealership. We got to meet Jim Marsh and Allen Yarborough. Everyone in the place was professional, friendly and fun to work with. They made us feel like we were part of their family.

I went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle that I saw on Cars.com. The ad on Cars.com read that all reconditioning fees are included in the price of the vehicle (since taken down). On the dealer's official web site when you look at the pictures of the car, one of the pictures is a picture of a sign reading No Haggling! No Hidden Fees! with the dealer's logo present. After test driving the car, I discussed with the salesman that I wanted to make sure that there were no other fees other than the standard title, registration, and doc fees. The salesman explained no other fees. We (the salesman and I) proceeded into the lobby to begin the purchase process. After discussing the internet price, the salesman went into the sales manager's office to explain the deal. Several minutes later, the salesman came out with a sheet of paper showing the price, plus the standard dealer fees. The price also included an $895 reconditioning fee. Without saying a word, the salesman immediately struck through the $895 fee, since we had already discussed no additional fees. I said everything looked good, and the salesman went back to the sales manager's office . A few minutes later a slick talking sales manager came out explaining that I could not purchase the car without paying the reconditioning fee. He showed me a "hidden fee" posted on the bottom of their web site. He further explained that they always charge a reconditioning fee. If they always charge a reconditioning fee, why does their web site show no haggling, no hidden fees? Also why would the salesperson cross out the reconditioning fee when we were negotiating, if there is always a reconditioning fee. The slick talking sales manager desperately tried to explain how much money they had in the car, how they would be losing money on the car, etc. At one point, the salesman asked me, do you think that you are smarter than me? At the time, I answered respectfully, but the simple answer is that I am obviously smarter, lol. The fact is, this dealership did not want to get rid of the reconditioning fee, because they did not think there was enough money in the deal. Then, after the sales manager had already tried to add the reconditioning fee, the salesperson explained that we (the dealership) always charge a reconditioning fee, but they can be different, some smaller than others. This is the same salesperson that crossed out and agreed to get rid of the reconditioning fee just a little while earlier, an experienced salesman that knows the rules. In fact, he went out of his way to tell me that he knows the rules. Again, their web site shows, no haggling, no hidden fees. The salesman without prodding, crossed out the reconditioning fee even though he has been there many, many years. The bottom line is that this dealership was engaging in shady business practices. I let the salesman know that the sales manager was dishonest, and this ended the negotiations. Please be forewarned, take your business elsewhere.

Ok 1 Big problem with JIM MARCH KIA ! I asked several times not to run my credit more then once. If you don't know hard inquiry stays on credit reports for 2 long years and lower your score.JIM MARCH KIA ran my credit through 3 different banks. I went in to ask why they said just trying to find the best rate.You would think that a dealership of this size would know which bank will give the best rate but apparently not. When I complained they offered absolutely nothing to compensate for there mistake. Not even a free oil change. UNBELIEVABLE LACK OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
